If you need medical equipment and supplies for yourself or a loved one, receiving help is simple. Just fill out our Assistance Form and fax or email to CCH. Our staff will contact you quickly. In most cases, CCH can fulfill a client’s request within 24-48 hours.

Who We Help

CCH works with anyone who needs medical equipment and supplies for their recovery or the recovery of a family member. CCH does not turn anyone away; we have no financial requirements.

If we cannot provide the equipment, CCH will make a referral to a trusted medical equipment retailer. While CCH clients are predominantly South Florida residents, they also live in all Florida counties and throughout the southeast region of the U.S. We have helped families as far away as Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Nicaragua.

In return for use of the equipment, CCH only asks that our clients return what they received, when they no longer need it and in working condition, so that we can provide it to another person or family. This use-and-return method allows CCH to make a difference with thousands of people each year with the same equipment.
